The BA in History offers a structured program of study for history majors interested in gaining in-depth training within the discipline of history. Students who fulfill the requirements of this program will earn a Bachelor of Arts in History with a Concentration in United States History, European/Ancient History, or Global History. Each concentration provides a coherent plan of study that prepares motivated students for graduate study or professional work in their chosen area and recognizes their efforts on their transcript. Students are encouraged to specialize in a particular area or period in their choice of upper-level History courses, language study, and non-program and free electives.
