Biography

Dr. Lippman’s professional and teaching interests are in promoting the rights of children with disabilities and the development of appropriate programs within the special education process. Prior to coming to Rowan University, Dr. Lippman served as the Assistant Superintendent at the Lower Cape May Regional School District. Her areas of responsibilities included Special Education, Guidance, ESL, Nursing and Child Study Team services at both Lower Cape May Regional and Cape May City Elementary School Districts. Outside of work, she continues to pursue her love of art and design.
